Hi everyone, how are you?! I loved your comments on the last post, about my participation as an ambassador for Cartagena Wedding Dreams + Wedding Forum 2024. And if our destination there was Colombia, today we landed in Italy, more specifically in Tuscany, for the wonderful and exciting destination wedding of Carolina and Eduardo , my dear bride and groom! Some love stories deserve to be celebrated with all the intensity they carry, and Carolina and Eduardo’s could not be different. He, a Minas Gerais native with a light soul and a generous heart. She, a Rio native full of energy and passion for life. Together, they wrote another chapter of their life together, which combines romance, humor and a lot of companionship. And it was this light and charming spirit that set the tone for the unforgettable wedding that I organized in charming Tuscany.
The Setting: Tuscany
When Carolina and Eduardo approached me, they had a clear desire: they wanted a wedding that reflected not only the love that unites them, but also the essence of their personalities. Choosing Tuscany was a natural choice. The region, known for its breathtaking landscapes and timeless charm, is a perfect destination for couples seeking romance and exclusivity. The villa, where we held the ceremony and reception, is stunning. With its gardens and panoramic views of the Tuscan hills, the property exudes an atmosphere that combines rustic elegance and sophistication. For Carolina and Eduardo, every detail seemed to have been tailor-made: from the perfect outdoor spaces for the ceremony to the cozy area where the party was held under the starry sky.
Organizing a destination wedding requires meticulous attention and impeccable curation. Every detail of this wedding was designed to reflect Carol and Dudu’s personality — from the decor, which combined vibrant and cheerful colors designed by my dear friend and partner in Italy, The Elisabeth Agency , to the menu, inspired by the rich Italian cuisine. “Simone was a key player in making everything perfect at our wedding. With impeccable organization and attention to every detail, she led everything very rigorously, and the result was simply stunning. Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, our pizza night and wedding celebration at Vila S. Andrea became a true dream, exceeding all of our expectations. Her demanding nature and perfectionism were essential to creating unforgettable moments that will remain in our memories forever. Eduardo and I are immensely grateful to Simone and the Aonde Casar team for making our dream come true with such care and excellence. We would like to thank you very much!! The outdoor ceremony was marked by a sunset that seemed to have been commissioned for the occasion. Carol, stunning in her lace and flowing tulle dress designed by Marie Lafayette , walked down the aisle decorated with colorful flowers, while Dudu waited excitedly. The vows, full of affection and humor, brought smiles and tears to the guests.
The party that followed was pure celebration! To the sound of a carefully curated playlist, the couple and their guests danced late into the night, toasting to love and life.
Weddings like Carolina and Eduardo’s are a reminder that love is made up of simple and grand moments.
