Hi guys all right? Today I want to share with you Andrea and Ricardo’s beautiful destination wedding that I organized at the beautiful Villa Podere Montelodoli, in Tuscany, Italy. They were magical days and ones that I will carry with me forever. What a sweet couple and what a lively group. The trip included 55 guests.
THE STORY OF THE BRIDE AND GROOM
“Our story begins in a pub in São Paulo, the Blue Pub, a place we both frequented for years, but where we had never met. We always say that it was God’s destiny and plan for us, that he brought us together at the right time. From the moment we met, we never left each other again. We quickly realized that we wanted to spend our lives together, sharing dreams and cultivating a deep love for each other.
The marriage proposal was a magical moment, taking place at the top of the highest mountain in Germany, with the sun between the clouds and the snow as witnesses. We decided to get married in Italy, a country we love and where we feel at home. Ricardo is in the process of obtaining Italian citizenship, and choosing Tuscany as the setting for our wedding was natural, as we dream of having a welcoming and loving home in this enchanting region.”

Organizing a remote wedding can be challenging for many couples, but with my expertise and knowledge of the region and good professionals, we found the perfect team to turn the dream into reality. “We found the perfect person to organize and realize our dream in a very caring, happy way, full of love and responsibility. Simone not only did the work she was hired to do, but much more than that, as she understood what we wanted and how we were, making our event really look like we dreamed. We sincerely thank all her commitment and work, as well as all the partners responsible for each special part of the event. And thank you very much for the treats” , says Andrea, who left me emotional.
Villa Podere Montelodoli in Tuscany provided the ideal infrastructure for our event. The ceremony and party took place in the villa’s beautiful gardens, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere for the 55 guests. The decoration, designed by my great long-time partner Elisabeth Agency and with stunning flowers from Shinning Flowers, brought life and color to this couple’s most special day.
The celebration was impeccably led by celebrant Carla Goes, with the soundtrack by the talented Alex Violin and DJ Ettore, who ensured that everyone enjoyed the party to the fullest. Every detail, from the photos captured by Sam Ssacramento to the small treats offered to guests, was thought out with care and attention.
